How does the Winc subscription work?
Winc is a personalized wine club that delivers bottles tailored to your palate directly to your door. After taking our Palate Profile quiz, we recommend wines specifically for you. You can follow our suggestions or hand-pick your own bottles each month.
Can I skip a month or cancel my membership?
Absolutely. You have full control over your membership. You can skip any month at no cost or cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings without any hidden fees.
Do I need to be home to sign for my delivery?
Yes. By law, an adult aged 21 or older must be present to provide a signature and valid ID upon delivery of any alcohol shipment. We recommend shipping to a business address if you are not home during the day.
What happens if I don't like a wine I received?
We stand by our Satisfaction Guarantee. If you don't love a bottle you received, we will provide you with Winc credits to cover the cost of that bottle so you can try something else in your next shipment.
Where does Winc ship?
We currently ship to most states within the United States. However, due to state-specific regulations, we are unable to ship to PO Boxes or certain restricted states. Please check our shipping map during checkout for the most up-to-date information.
